Dance performance delves into the concept of ”public solitude“ proposed by Konstantin Stanislavski. The performance focuses on the historical context of Taiwan's White Terror, which lasted from 1949 to 1991.

It reflects the experiences of Shih Ru-Zhen, who was pursued by the government during the White Terror for being accused of espionage due to his reading of Marxist literature. Despite hiding in the crevices of his home for around 18 years, he firmly believed that ideas were the essence of his freedom.
